Poem - Untitled

Poem -

Untitled

If you are a day late and a dollar short

An ass whoopin is necessary

Where are the reparations

You offer a penny for my thoughts

But a penny doesn't pay for candy anymore,

what makes you think it could buy a syllable

And if you're a day late and a dollar short

Imagine what will happen if you are 400 years and a billion dollars short

You see the pluralism filled with Razors between my teeth....The mind is a terrible thing to waste and

A waste is a terrible thing to mind

Peaceful Words

I can read between metaphors using metaphors to read it while I write it A gift which brings peace Or a piece of understanding Or again, peace from knowledge From experience From wisdom From freedom..

Stitches of my heart

Stitches of my Heart Do you know how to sow If a woman can do a quick weave I don't see why not Or a surgeon getting ready for operation Or a woman who just had a c- section Hey, snitches get stitches
