Stitches of my heart

Stitches of my Heart

Do you know how to sow

If a woman can do a quick weave

I don't see why not

Or a surgeon getting ready for operation

Or a woman who just had a c- section

Hey, snitches get stitches

Tell me everything

All the lies, the lows

The highs, the blows

Do you know how to sow

The stitches of my heart

It's almost as patient based as Loc'd hair with threaded story telling

Some aches and pains

Some love and Lust and thrusts

A good f**k or two

Intertwined historical fiction

Jazz and hip-hop in hieroglyphs

It's a hanging cliff

Do you know how to sow

The stitches of my heart

It's a boxing match

Me VS a mirror

You can't fix my peace from broken pieces can you

You can't buy my love and call it a Gucci bag

Because Gucci don't like black people

Where is my "For Us By US" Jersey

I need a throwback Thursday

To write those memories in cursive

Into my own narratives

Well, hell, do I know how to sow

Stitches of my own heart

And if so, what do I need you for

To learn what not to do anymore

Now that I'm woke

Woke, woke

Awake, awake...

Awake...

I can no longer break

And now I know

I can sow

The stitches of my heart

Peaceful Words

I can read between metaphors using metaphors to read it while I write it A gift which brings peace Or a piece of understanding Or again, peace from knowledge From experience From wisdom From freedom..
